Returns

All supplement sales are final. If the wrong supplement is ordered, an exchange can take place or store credit, in person, at the Meridian Wellness Center, 2939 West Excursion Lane, Meridian, Idaho 83642.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with safety seals unbroken, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at marketing@funmedidaho.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address or brought into our location: Meridian Wellness Center, 2939 West Excursion Lane, Meridian, Idaho 83642

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at marketing@funmedidaho.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
